Surveyor - Al Shamkhah City

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate land survey operations
• Identify legal boundaries of properties by studying legal descriptions
• Interpret survey data to determine land boundaries
• Locate buildings on plots using aerial photos or other methods of surveying
• Prepare sketches and maps of surveyed areas for clients or companies
• Supervise the activities of survey party members
• Carry out quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred but not required
• 5+ years' experience working as a Surveyor or similar role required
• Proficient with advanced surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar programs
• Knowledgeable in relevant laws and regulations governing land surveying activities in Al Shamkhah City
• Ability to calculate angles, distances and other geometry-related measurements accurately
