Khalifah A City is currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team and deliver top-quality meals. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting, as well as an expert knowledge of food preparation and presentation.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen staff, from line cooks to sous chefs. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure and have strong problem-solving abilities. He/she must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other departments in the hotel.

The successful applicant will also need to be knowledgeable about current culinary trends, ingredients, menus and food preparation techniques. He/she should be able to come up with creative dishes that are visually attractive and that appeal to customers’ taste buds. Furthermore, we expect the Executive Chef to manage the inventory of food supplies and cost control in order to optimize profits for the hotel.
