We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, as well as preparing and serving a wide range of coffee-based drinks. He or she will also be expected to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness within the café or restaurant environment and play an active role in ensuring the café runs smoothly and efficiently.

The primary duties of a Barista include but are not limited to: greeting customers, taking orders, preparing coffee-based beverages using manual or automatic machines, presenting drinks to customers in an efficient manner, accurately processing payments for orders and ensuring that all areas of the café are kept neat and tidy at all times. The Barista must also be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent customer service skills and have knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods. He or she should also have good knowledge of food hygiene regulations and safety procedures. We are offering a salary package of AED 1400 per month (paid monthly) for this role plus other benefits commensurate with experience, with flexible hours available for the right candidate.
