We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. An understanding of the processes associated with production is also important, as well as the ability to manage people in a way that encourages productivity and efficiency.

The key responsibilities of this role include: monitoring staff performance; ensuring that production targets are met; troubleshooting problems; managing budgets; motivating staff; providing guidance, advice, and support for staff; communicating with other departments about production or personnel matters; and ensuring safety standards are followed.

To be considered for this position you must have at least three years' experience in a supervisor role or similar position. We are willing to consider foreign candidates with the right qualifications. The salary is 1200 per month.
