Accountant – Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1000 and we are open to considering an immigrant for the job. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing advice on taxation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage financial transactions including payments, receipts, invoicing, and payrolls
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintain accurate records of all financial activities
• Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in operational costs
• Advise on taxation issues such as tax planning, filing returns, etc.
• Review budgets, track expenses and generate reports on budget performance
• Provide advice on financial matters such as investments and loan options
• Assist with audits when required
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant or similar role • Working knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks or Sage 50 • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail • Good understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
