Job Description:
The Tutor will provide individualized instruction to students based on their needs and abilities. The Tutor will assess student progress, develop individualized learning plans, create lesson plans, provide feedback on student performance, monitor student progress and provide support as needed. Additionally, the Tutor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student performance.

Application Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching
• Strong understanding of academic standards and curriculum development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
