Administrative assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support services to ensure efficient operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and is eager to take on more responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in business administration and at least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are also essential.
Reporting to the Manager, duties will include but not be limited to: managing all incoming calls; coordinating meetings; booking travel arrangements; preparing documents; creating reports; providing general office support services; managing petty cash transactions; organizing filing systems; maintaining office supplies inventory; liaising with vendors regarding office equipment maintenance and repairs.
As this role requires dealing with confidential information on a regular basis, the successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multitask with ease. A salary of 1700 AED per month is being offered for this position. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
