We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be ready to consider an immigrant. The salary offered is 1600 per month.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, such as managing telephone calls, maintaining schedules, preparing documents, and organizing meetings. The ideal candidate should also be skilled with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks such as filing and tracking financial records.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping techniques
• Must be willing to consider an immigrant
