We are looking for an exceptional Bartender to join our team at our exciting venue in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality with a strong knowledge of mixology and bartender techniques. The successful candidate will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer expectations, all the while maintaining our high standards of service.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include: greeting customers in a friendly manner; taking orders for drinks; accurately mixing ingredients to create cocktails; offering advice on drinks selection; upselling additional products when appropriate; checking identification of customers to ensure they meet legal drinking age; keeping the bar area clean and tidy at all times; completing cash transactions quickly and accurately.

The successful candidate should have previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written. They should possess strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, customer service, POS systems, health & safety practices, stocks control procedures and company policies & procedures.
