Job Description:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned department or area. This includes monitoring productivity, managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, resolving customer issues, and taking appropriate corrective action where necessary. The Supervisor is also expected to provide leadership and guidance to their team while setting clear expectations for performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g business administration).
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage conflict.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation such as health & safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
