The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources in order to ensure the efficient operation of the business. This includes activities such as recruitment, headhunting, talent management, payroll, employee relations, training and development, legal compliance and performance management. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing policies that provide effective support for the company’s strategy and goals.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field as well as 1 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills with an ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently on tasks with minimal supervision. A familiarity with local labor law regulations is preferred but not essential.
