We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the food service industry, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. They should have a solid knowledge of the restaurant industry, be able to create detailed plans for successful implementation of strategies, and have experience with staff management and budgeting.

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by developing strong relationships with customers and staff. They must be able to develop efficient strategies to attract new customers as well as maintain loyalty among existing ones. Additionally, they must be able to manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations including menu planning, staff training and scheduling, food quality control, financial management, marketing and promotions.

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities as well as a good understanding of local market trends. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is highly desirable but not essential.

We are offering a salary package of 900 per month for this position; any additional benefits package will be discussed during the interview process. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals who meet all the requirements listed above.
