Security Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in security management, be a foreigner, and have an excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.

Job Description:
The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and practices in order to ensure the safety of all staff, visitors, customers, and assets. The Security Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Specific duties include:
- Conducting regular assessments of security risks for all premises
- Developing plans to mitigate identified risks
- Supervising security personnel on site
- Investigating incidents such as theft or vandalism
- Responding to emergencies as required
- Providing training to security staff on safety protocols
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding security operations

Needs for the Candidate:
The successful applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, be a foreign national, have a valid driver’s license, and hold a valid passport. An excellent command of spoken and written English is essential. Knowledge of local laws pertaining to security operations is preferred but not essential. A degree or diploma in Security Management or related field is highly desirable.
