Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring high performance and meeting goals. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month and is open to both local and foreign applicants with no experience necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor employee performance and ensure proper training is provided
• Oversee daily operational tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, accounting, sales, marketing, etc.
• Manage customer service inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth workflow processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Create staff rosters to meet operational needs
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to optimize cost savings for the company
• Track progress on projects and report results to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
