Bank Teller – Abu-Dhabi


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to help our customers with their financial needs.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in a banking environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well independently or with minimal supervision. This position is full-time with a salary of 1000 AED per month and we are ready to consider immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide them with prompt, professional service
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.
• Balance cash drawer accurately at the end of each shift
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
• Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide assistance to customers in any way possible

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years' experience in a banking environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Strong math skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
