We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient and have strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting the best-suited candidates for our company's open positions.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in recruiting, excellent organizational skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They should have the ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications through use of interviews, tests, reference checks and other selection methods. A solid understanding of labor laws is also necessary.

The duties of this role include analyzing job postings to create accurate job descriptions; sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, referrals, social media etc.; screening resumes and applications; conducting initial phone interviews with applicants; scheduling face-to-face interviews; tracking recruitment progress; preparing relevant documents; advising hiring managers on suitable candidates; assisting in onboarding processes for new hires; providing feedback to unsuccessful applicants; ensuring compliance with labor laws; and maintaining records of all recruitment activities.

Qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field (or equivalent experience); 2+ years of recruiting experience (preferably in UAE); knowledge of UAE labor laws; excellent written communication skills in English language (Arabic language is an advantage); strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly with colleagues across all levels of the organization; proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion; advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred but not essential.

We offer a salary of 1500 per month plus benefits commensurate with experience level. We are also ready to consider immigrant applicants for this role who can demonstrate their commitment to this position.
