Courier position available in Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Courier to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, sorting, and delivering documents and packages from various clients in Sharjah.

Responsibilities:

• Collect documents and packages from clients in a timely manner.
• Sort items according to delivery instructions and predetermined routes.
• Deliver items to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Record delivery information such as item numbers, destination addresses, and delivery times.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries or services.
• Maintain contact with dispatch team or supervisors to receive updates and instructions.
• Maintain records of all deliveries made during each shift.

Requirements:
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no major violations or suspensions within the last 3 years.
• Must be able to lift heavy parcels up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

Salary: 1400 AED per month (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
