Job Summary
We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Working with us, you will provide vital administrative support to medical professionals, enabling them to treat patients more effectively. You will be responsible for organizing office operations and providing clerical support to a team of medical professionals. You must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. The salary for this position is 1400 per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Responsibilities
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing records, filing documents, and ensuring that medical equipment is in working condition
• Provide clerical assistance such as taking phone calls, responding to emails, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
• Assist medical professionals with their daily tasks such as preparing treatment rooms, helping patients fill out forms, attending patient consultations when required
• Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic or hospital
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Perform any other related duties as assigned

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while multitasking • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
