Job Description:
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from pre-construction to completion. This includes organizing labor, materials, and equipment; monitoring progress; and coordinating with other stakeholders throughout the project. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills as well as an eye for detail and excellent problem solving skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
• At least two years of experience in a related role
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
