As the Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. You’ll manage staff schedules, ensure that budgets are met, develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, monitor customer feedback, analyze data related to product sales performance and profitability, as well as coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years' experience in business management or a related field. You should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively; strong analytical skills; knowledge of budgeting principles; understanding of customer service principles; knowledge of business management software; and superb communication skills. The ideal candidate should also have experience in leading teams and working collaboratively.
