Position Title: Sales Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QAR per month

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to reach our goals in the local market. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and handling all administrative aspects related to the role.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Identify potential customers and develop new business relationships
- Establish strong customer relationships by providing quality service before and after the sale
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, industry developments, and customer feedback
- Analyze data to find opportunities for product development or improvement
- Report on sales performance metrics on a regular basis
