We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at a top-notch restaurant in Doha. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of professional experience in a similar role. This individual must have excellent leadership skills, be able to think outside the box, and be an effective communicator.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing and creating all menu items for the restaurant. This includes developing new recipes, overseeing ingredient selection, and ensuring quality presentation of all dishes. The Executive Chef will also lead the kitchen team in executing all food items according to company standards and supervise staff while on duty.

The successful candidate must have a passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail when it comes to crafting exquisite dishes. A successful background in managing staff and working with budgets is essential. They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills as they will need to work closely with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

We offer salary of 1200 QAR per month plus additional benefits that include medical insurance, vacation days, etc. We are open to considering applicants from outside the country who can demonstrate their ability to fit into our dynamic team.
