Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations and ensuring that quality service and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling shifts, managing staff, monitoring sales, and maintaining a safe work environment. The salary for this position is 1800 AED per month. We are open to considering candidates from abroad.

Needs for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Dubai market. The candidate should possess excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. They should also have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct team members. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
