We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success. You must be able to manage a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, ordering supplies, and training staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Monitor cash control systems, labor expenses and other costs
• Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
• Develop effective strategies for increasing customer base through promotional activities
• Monitor food quality and inventory levels to ensure consistent product quality
• Oversee hiring, training and performance management of staff members

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
• Must be able to work nights/weekends as needed
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment essential
