Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Dubai

Salary: 1000 AED/Month

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all standards and procedures are met. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial planning.
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed.
• Train new employees on restaurant protocols and procedures.
• Create promotional materials for upcoming events or special offers.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients and products are available for customers.
• Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and lead by example. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence . • Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential . • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Excel and Word . • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team .
