Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team at Jeddah restaurant. This position comes with a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering foreign applicants. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders accurately in a polite and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information on food and beverage items, including pricing, ingredients etc.
• Serve food and drinks according to established standards and guidelines.
• Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages etc., as per customer requests.
• Assist with setting up tables for guests and preparing them for service.
• Handle payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in the restaurant area at all times.
• Manage customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered promptly to the customers’ tables.
Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant or other dining establishment
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to work long shifts with a smile on your face • A positive attitude towards teamwork • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
