Welder job in Jeddah Saudi Arabia


We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Jeddah. The Welder will be responsible for welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine the specific welding requirements.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as MIG and TIG welding.
• Grind and smooth weld seams ensuring that they are free of defects.
• Inspect completed work pieces to determine structural soundness.
• Follow all safety procedures and take necessary precautions when operating welding machinery.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and working areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification is required; technical background in metal fabrication is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Welder with knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and other technical documents is essential.
• Proficient in using a variety of hand tools and measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers (metric/imperial).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Great communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly; stand for long periods of time; work in an environment that may be noisy or hot/cold; must be willing to wear protective gear such as face shields, gloves, etc when needed; must be able to use respirators if required by the job site/facility regulations.
