As a Barista, you will be responsible for making sure that all customers receive a friendly, efficient service when visiting our café. This includes preparing coffee specialities, taking orders accurately, operating cash registers, ensuring customer satisfaction through polite conversation, and keeping the café clean and tidy at all times. You may also be required to assist with restocking duties as necessary.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience as a Barista for at least 2 years in a fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills. Knowledge of different coffee recipes is essential and knowledge of food hygiene regulations would be advantageous but not essential. The ability to work independently while still adhering to company policies is also key to success in this role.
