We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team, ensuring the efficient running of our operations, and achieving our goals.

The ideal applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. They should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate their team members to reach their full potential. The successful candidate should also have excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong organisational skills.

They must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously. An understanding of the latest technology trends is also preferred. Further requirements include a valid driver's license and proficiency in English is mandatory.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the department, including but not limited to personnel management, budgeting, strategy planning, and customer service operations. They must be able to develop innovative solutions that will help increase efficiency and improve workflow processes while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 KD/month with additional benefits such as health insurance coverage and flexible working hours.
