Job Duties:
• Developing sales strategies for merchandise items in collaboration with team members
• Creating attractive store displays for merchandise items
• Managing stock levels and ensuring availability of products as per customer demand
• Monitoring customer feedback on merchandise items and taking necessary actions as needed
• Analyzing sales trends and recommending strategies to increase sales revenue
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail management roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities:
• Developing promotional campaigns for the products offered by the company
• Ensuring that products are correctly priced according to market trends • Maintaining accurate records of all merchandise transactions • Negotiating prices with suppliers whenever required • Assisting in creating merchandising plans that meet customer needs • Keeping abreast with current market trends
