We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end cuisine and have experience leading a kitchen team, managing inventory, and creating seasonal menus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our kitchen, as well as developing creative, delicious dishes while adhering to the highest standards of quality. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills combined with exceptional culinary knowledge. The Executive Chef will be able to work autonomously when necessary and also collaborate with other management staff on complex projects.

The successful candidate should have thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards, as well as experience with cost control and budgeting. They must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to manage their time efficiently in order to meet deadlines. We are also looking for an individual who is passionate about food, creative in their approach to menu design, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
