We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. This job offers a monthly salary of 1300 and we are open to consider foreign applicants who have no experience in this field.

The role of the Sommelier will involve working alongside the restaurant management team to provide advice and guidance on wine selection, pricing, storage, and presentation of wines. The successful candidate would be responsible for building relationships with wineries and suppliers while staying up to date on new products and trends. This role also includes overseeing inventory and stocking of the wine cellar, as well as managing wine budgets and ordering new selections.

The ideal applicant should be passionate about wine culture, able to effectively communicate both written and orally with suppliers, staff, customers, and other stakeholders. A good understanding of food & beverage regulations is highly appreciated, as well as knowledge on food pairings with wines. The candidate should be customer service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
