We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing a wide range of delicious coffee drinks. The position offers a salary of 1600 and is open to foreign applicants.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a Barista and be knowledgeable about making espresso-based beverages. You should also have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide friendly and prompt service to customers.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks according to customers' orders, operating the espresso machine and other equipment properly, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, handling cash payments accurately, restocking items as needed, and ensuring that the store is always orderly. You will also be required to interact with customers in an engaging manner while taking their orders and providing them with recommendations for other products.

The ideal candidate should possess an excellent knowledge of coffee drinks, food handling safety guidelines, barista techniques and customer service best practices. They should also have great problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently while providing timely service. Finally, good communication skills are essential as you will need to accurately take orders from customers and respond promptly to their inquiries.
