We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team at Al Shamkhah City. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established team and provide quality eye care services to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out examinations, diagnosing eye conditions, and providing advice on corrective treatments and eyeglasses.

Job Description:

The Optometrist will perform comprehensive eye exams, including refractive errors, ocular disease diagnosis, binocular vision assessment, and contact lens fitting. In addition, they will be required to provide patient counseling regarding vision care products as well as lifestyle advice on the use of corrective lenses and preventive eye care. Other duties may include ordering optical supplies, maintaining patient records, and providing customer service.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of optometric experience
- Licensed in the state of Al Shamkhah City or with the ability to obtain licensing in a timely manner
- Knowledge of ophthalmic equipment such as autorefractors, auto-keratometers etc
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with patients quickly
