Requirements:
• At least 1 years' experience as a Chef
• Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
Job Duties:
• Prepare, cook and present food according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed • Manage kitchen operations including staffing schedules, inventory control, menu development etc. • Ensure that health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the kitchen at all times • Train new kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques as required
