Job Title: Barista

Location: Bani Yas City, UAE

Salary: 1700 AED per month

Job type: Part-time/Full-time

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages such as coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.) according to customer specifications.

• Ensure that the coffee bar is stocked with all necessary supplies.

• Maintain a clean work environment by wiping down surfaces, cleaning any spills or messes, and disposing of waste properly.

• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

• Take orders from customers in a friendly manner and process payments accurately.

• Monitor product inventory levels and order new supplies when necessary.

• Answer questions about menu items or ingredients from customers in an informative way.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; minimal work experience is acceptable.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Must have strong knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and food products available in the shop.

• Must possess good communication skills both verbal & written in English language (other languages are an advantage).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team environment .
