We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in our company.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team. This includes tracking performance, setting targets, addressing issues, and monitoring progress towards goals. You will also be responsible for training new staff and providing guidance to existing employees. Additionally, you will be expected to establish efficient processes and procedures in order to ensure a smooth workflow.

To be considered for this position you must have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. You should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Moreover, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with people from different backgrounds. A degree in management or business related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in Arabic is desired but not essential.

The salary package offered is 1200 per month and we are open to considering applications from non-locals as well as locals who meet the above criteria.
