Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Abu-Dhabi team. As part of the HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective management of all HR functions and activities. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month and is open to foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding and orientation, training and development, employee relations, performance management and compliance with human resource regulations. The successful candidate will also take on the role of a strategic partner to senior management by providing guidance and advice in areas such as compensation planning, organizational design, succession planning and change management.

Qualifications:
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. The incumbent must have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources Management or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required. Must have knowledge of current employment legislation and regulations in Abu-Dhabi.

Other Requirements:
Applicants must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills (both written & verbal) and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be able to build relationships with employees at all levels within the organization. Fluency in both English & Arabic is preferred but not required for this position.
