Restaurant Manager, Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and experience in running a restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff training and development, financial management, menu planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
• Manage all financial aspects of the restaurant including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control
• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor customer feedback to ensure consistent quality of the food served at the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations
• Develop marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue generation
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or related role in the hospitality industry
• Ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1200/month
