Security Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a highly motivated Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our premises and personnel. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1300 and we are open to considering applicants from abroad.

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all security procedures, policies, and protocols in line with international standards. This will include the development of an effective security risk assessment program and the creation of plans to mitigate identified risks. Additionally, the Security Manager will need to coordinate with local law enforcement and government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.

Other duties include:

-Regularly inspect building infrastructure and personnel to identify security vulnerabilities
-Developing safety protocols for employees as well as visitors
-Overseeing access control systems installation and maintenance
-Organizing drills in order to test emergency response procedures
-Monitoring CCTV systems and other surveillance technologies

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in the security industry is desirable but not essential; we are willing to consider applicants with no experience. A valid driver’s license is also required for this role.
