Job Summary:
A security manager position has become available in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1600. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in protecting corporate assets, maintaining security systems, and leading teams to provide a safe work environment. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the entire security operations of the company in order to protect its assets from theft or harm.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security plans, policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and property. This includes monitoring security systems such as CCTV, access control systems and alarm systems; conducting regular security checks; providing training on safety protocols; responding quickly to emergencies; investigating suspicious activity; and developing strategies for improving safety within the workplace. The Security Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of security guards, delegating tasks, conducting performance appraisals and ensuring their compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role as well as a bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field. A valid Driver’s License is also required. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential in this role, as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with staff at all levels. The successful candidate should also possess strong problem solving skills with an analytical mindset, along with sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
