We are now seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role comes with a highly competitive salary of 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

Job Description:
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing staff, developing strategies to improve performance, handling customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth workflow at all times. The Manager will also be expected to contribute to long-term business objectives and goals by implementing plans that drive business growth and optimize profits.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies that will lead to improved operational efficiency and cost savings
• Manage staff performance and provide feedback to ensure maximum productivity
• Oversee customer service operations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor trends in the industry and assess the impact on the company’s operations
• Create effective reports on operational activities for senior management review
• Develop systems that ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Create plans that encourage employee engagement and satisfaction levels

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role; experience in managing teams is preferred
• Proven track record of successful problem solving in fast-paced environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships quickly
• Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent attention to detail • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic plans for success
