Summary:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring suitable applicants for a variety of roles within the company. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in the recruitment process and has an eye for talent. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience.

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using modern recruiting tools such as job boards, social media, networking events, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates and assess their skills and abilities.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
• Develop relationships with universities, trade schools, and other sources of potential candidates.
• Update job postings on external websites and internal databases regularly.
• Organize events such as career fairs or open houses to promote company’s brand image.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of various recruiting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English (speaking other languages is preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
