We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all sales activities of the company to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.

The responsibilities of the Sales Manager include developing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, gathering market intelligence, presenting products and services to potential customers, and negotiating contracts with clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager is expected to develop and implement plans to expand current customer base by leveraging existing relationships or developing additional accounts. The individual should also monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements in order to maximize sales growth.

The ideal candidate must possess superior communication skills and have strong organizational capabilities. They must be able to effectively manage their own tasks as well as those of their team. They must also demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, along with the ability to think strategically with an eye toward future growth. An understanding of regional markets is also desirable in order to identify new business opportunities. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field is preferred but not required for this role; however, considerable work experience in a similar role is necessary. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position as well. The salary for this role is 1000 AED per month plus commission based on performance.
