Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are seeking a confident, experienced and organized Construction Manager to oversee the operations of our construction site in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in the construction industry and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Construction Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans for the efficient operation of the construction site. This includes managing the construction team, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, conducting daily inspections, overseeing quality control and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will also need to liaise with other departments such as engineering, procurement and finance to ensure that all resources are correctly allocated and used efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field; however we are willing to consider candidates with relevant experience who can demonstrate their ability to manage construction projects. Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Fluency in English is also essential for this role.
