We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be tasked with sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to fill open job positions within the company.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be an organized and detail-oriented self-starter, and have a thorough understanding of recruitment processes. Additionally, the Recruiter must be able to manage relationships with hiring managers, as well as external partners and clients.

The job requires the ability to review resumes, conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews with potential candidates. The Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate resumes and interview feedback. Furthermore, the Recruiter will need to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment processes.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 per month for this role. We are also willing to consider a foreigner for this position.
