Security Manager

Al-Kuwait is looking to hire a Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety of our employees, facilities, and customers. As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing security policies and protocols to ensure the safety and security of our company's employees, facilities, and customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, knowledge of relevant security regulations, and an understanding of physical security needs. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining security policies that meet company standards
• Monitoring compliance with safety protocols in the workplace
• Investigating any security incidents or violations
• Responding to emergency situations in an efficient manner
• Keeping up with changes in technology that may impact security protocols
• Coordinating with law enforcement agencies as needed
• Training staff on safety protocols

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in safety management or related field preferred
• Knowledge of local laws regarding security operations
• Experience working in a similar position preferred but not required

Salary: 1700KD per month
