Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Teacher to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students in a diverse learning environment, ensuring that all students are engaged and making progress.

The ideal applicant should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for teaching. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position, with minimal work experience required.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that cater to the needs of the students
• Assess student performance using appropriate tests and assignments
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of each student, and develop strategies to help them learn effectively
• Prepare materials such as course outlines, handouts, tests, and assignments
• Monitor student behavior in the classroom and enforce appropriate discipline when necessary
• Help create an effective learning environment by providing positive reinforcement and encouraging student participation
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
