Vacancy for Secretary in Doha

We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. This position offers an attractive salary of 1100 QR. We are also open to considering immigrants who meet the requirements of the job.

As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, including taking calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and filing documents. You will also be expected to prepare reports and maintain office supplies.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multi-task effectively. Additionally, you must have basic knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 1 year of work experience is preferred but not required.
