Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and leading all kitchen activities.
- Oversee the preparation of food items in accordance with established recipes.
- Monitor the quality of food served in the restaurant.
- Coordinate ordering food supplies ensuring that quality is maintained.
- Monitor stock levels, maintenance of equipment, cleanliness standards and health & safety regulations in the kitchen.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Ability to lead a team of chefs while maintaining excellent standards of service delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent knowledge about food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
